Good Morning Baltimore!

Join Suzart Productions for our first on stage production since the world went topsy-turvy

Hairspray was originally scheduled to run in May 2020. Some of our cast is unable to return. We are looking for diverse cast of all genders of varying ages, sizes, abilities, and ethnicities.  Please note only certain roles are needed to be recast (listed below), but we are in need of many for our ensemble.

Auditions are December 11th from 9:30am - 4:00pm. Call backs for will be held on Sunday, December 12th from 11:00am - 4:00pm. You will be notified Saturday if the directing team wishes to have you return.

Following Public Health recommendations, Suzart Productions requires all participants to be fully vaccinated. You will be required to show proof of vaccination (paper or electronic) plus identification.

Set in 1960s Baltimore, meet Tracy Turnbald, a lovable teenager whose only desire is to dance on the popular “Corny Collins Show”. When her dream comes true, she becomes an overnight sensation and uses her celebrity to dance all the right moves, get the guy of her dreams, and lead social change by integrating a TV network.

Through a lovable cast of characters, experience a heartwarming underdog story reminding us all to follow your dreams!

You can’t stop the beat so come and dance the time away with Hairspray.

The show dates for Hairspray are May 25-29, 2022
