Join our volunteer Board of Directors
After six years of dedicated service to Suzart Productions as Treasurer on the Board of Directors, Lesley Hammil will be stepping down from her post as of September. We are incredibly grateful for Lesley's financial stewardship during a particularly challenging time for community theatre.
This means that the Suzart Board of Directors is now welcoming submissions of interest for the appointment as Treasurer.
Responsibilities for the Treasurer position include:
- Acting as custodian of the funds received and disbursed
- The filing of financial reports, tax reports, and audits as required
- Working with the Executive on development and management of annual budgets
- Advising the board on all applicable legislation or tax implications in maintaining charitable status
